Holding Space and pissing off my Human Doing

I feel stuck. I’m experiencing resistance. To what, I don’t know but I know that the more I’m in my head about it, the worse it gets. So I breathe. I relax. I remember how I want to feel (thanks, Liz). Ahhhh, I feel better … momentarily. Whatever it is and “why”ever it is, it is temporary.  Then I remember to just be. I tend to be a Human Doing instead of a Human Being. So I remember to stop and I choose to just hold the space. I hold the space for no action, no movement, no thought, nothing but present moment. I pet the cat, I make some tea, I sit down in front of the computer and write a post for this blog when five minutes ago I hadn’t chosen the topic. I’m holding space. The Human Doing in me doesn’t like it but she can piss off. The Human Being in me loves it! So in that vein, I’m going to add a link to an article from a blog post I found about the subject and hold my current space of silence – click to read. How are you holding space for yourself?
